What was supposed to be an uncomplicated hike at Tiger Canyon quickly turned into an adventure; between running out of gas on the drive up and coasting back down the mountain in neutral, you might think we would be free of surprises. But there was one more in store for us: we also saw a bear scampering across the road! (Don’t worry. We were in the car.)
